Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
This includes an in-depth visit with Dr. Hayley, ND where she will go through all of your past medical history, send you for any necessary labs, go over options for treatment, do a focused physical exam (excluded in telemedicine visit). It also includes an in-depth personalized treatment plan that includes dietary advice, supplement advice, medication advice, lifestyle advice and advice on any further testing you may need.

Brief Focused Consultation
(20 minute):
This consultation is for those that have something acute going on that doesn't require going in-depth such as a cold, allergies, or a rash (just to name a few examples). Dr. Hayley, ND will sit down with you to go over the history of the problem you're having, perform a focused physical exam (when indicated), and come up with a personalized treatment plan specific to what's going on. This treatment plan may include dietary advice, supplement advice, medication advice, lifestyle advice, and/or advice on further testing.

Follow-Up Consultation
(45 minute):
This consultation is generally recommended 4-6 weeks after your initial visit to make any adjustments needed to your treatment plan to keep you on track. It's also for discussing any new symptoms, and discussing where to go next to help you achieve your health goals. It includes one-on-one time with Dr. Hayley, ND, supplement and medication refills, adjustments to dietary and lifestyle advice as needed and any recommendations for further testing.
